This skirt was ordered from Japan Attitude. It is high quality and it looks same as on the photos but I recommend it only to the girls that are going for lolita style since the skirt is very cute and it might be too much for those that are used to less cute skirts.
AFFORDABLE: 7/10
The price is pretty resonable but not cheap.
WEARABLE: 8/10
Its a pretty comfortable and useful skirt but since it has shorts underneath and a few layers it is a bit too hot for summer but at the same time its a little weird to wear it over tights. I suggest wearing it in colder days with high socks but that already limits you quite a bit.

High quality skirt, nice materials.

Looks perfect if you like gothic lolita style. Its exactly as you can see on official photos of the item.
